Notice on Inquiry Methods and Relevant Matters for Inheriting Disciples of Traditional Medicine at the Joint Graduate School of Traditional Medicine

各相关单位、传统医学传承弟子及有关人员：

To all relevant units, inheriting disciples of traditional medicine, and related personnel:

为规范传统医学传承弟子相关信息查询管理，便利相关人员办理证书查阅、认证等事宜，提升服务效能，现将传统医学联合研究生院（以下简称“研究生院”）传统医学传承弟子查询方法、费用标准及海牙国际认证相关要求通知如下：

For the purpose of standardizing the inquiry and management of information related to inheriting disciples of traditional medicine, facilitating relevant personnel in handling certificate inspection, authentication and other matters, and improving service efficiency, the inquiry methods, fee standards and relevant requirements for Apostille (Hague Apostille) of inheriting disciples of traditional medicine at the Joint Graduate School of Traditional Medicine (hereinafter referred to as the "Graduate School") are hereby notified as follows:

一、查询入口

I. Inquiry Portal

Please log in to the official inquiry platform designated by the Graduate School: https://ctm.apsb.edu.eu.

二、查询分类及操作流程

II. Inquiry Categories and Operation Procedures

平台提供三类查询服务，具体操作步骤统一如下：

The platform provides three types of inquiry services, with the unified specific operation steps as follows:

1. 选择查询页面：登录平台后，根据需求选择对应查询模块，包括“师承证书查询”、“研究生文凭查询”、“教职员工查询”；

1. Select the inquiry page: After logging in to the platform, select the corresponding inquiry module according to your needs, including "Teacher-Inheritance Certificate Inquiry", "Graduate Diploma Inquiry", and "Faculty and Staff Inquiry";

2. 填写查询信息：准确输入姓名（支持中英文双语填写）、证件号码（身份证号码或护照号码均可，需与备案信息一致）；

2. Fill in inquiry information: Accurately enter your name (supporting both Chinese and English filling) and document number (either ID card number or passport number, which must be consistent with the filed information);

3. 验证身份信息：输入页面显示的动态验证码，完成身份校验；

3. Verify identity information: Enter the dynamic verification code displayed on the page to complete identity verification;

4. 查阅相关信息：身份校验通过后，系统将展示对应个人资讯，点击“证书查阅”选项，即可显示证书详细界面。

4. Check relevant information: After successful identity verification, the system will display the corresponding personal information. Click the "Certificate Inspection" option to view the detailed certificate interface.

三、相关费用标准

III. Relevant Fee Standards

（一）新版师承证书费用

(I) Fees for the New Version of Teacher-Inheritance Certificate

申请新版师承证书的，需缴纳工本费50美元；若需办理海牙国际认证的，在工本费基础上额外缴纳认证费285美元。

Those applying for the new version of the teacher-inheritance certificate shall pay a production fee of 50 US dollars; if applying for Apostille (Hague Apostille), an additional authentication fee of 285 US dollars shall be paid on top of the production fee.

（二）传承弟子入库费用

(II) Fees for Inheriting Disciples' Registration in the Database

1. 2026年3月1日前，传统医学传承弟子入库登记实行免费政策，无需缴纳任何费用；

1. Before March 1, 2026, the registration of inheriting disciples of traditional medicine in the database is free of charge, and no fees are required;

2. 2026年3月1日后，传承弟子入库登记需缴纳入库费20美元。

2. After March 1, 2026, inheriting disciples shall pay a registration fee of 20 US dollars for database registration.

（三）研究生文凭费用

(III) Fees for Graduate Diplomas

申请研究生文凭的，无论传承时间长短，统一缴纳费用589.50美元；若需办理海牙国际认证的，在上述费用基础上额外缴纳认证费285美元。

Those applying for a graduate diploma shall pay a unified fee of 589.50 US dollars regardless of the duration of inheritance; if applying for Apostille (Hague Apostille), an additional authentication fee of 285 US dollars shall be paid on top of the above fee.

四、海牙国际认证的重要性

IV. Importance of Apostille (Hague Apostille)

海牙国际认证（Apostille）是依据《海牙公约》设立的国际间文书流转认证制度，目前已获全球100多个海牙成员国及地区承认。对于传统医学传承弟子而言，办理海牙国际认证具有核心意义：

Apostille (Hague Apostille) is an international document circulation authentication system established under the Hague Convention, which is currently recognized by more than 100 Hague Convention member states and regions worldwide. For inheriting disciples of traditional medicine, applying for Apostille (Hague Apostille) is of core significance:

1. 确保证书国际效力：经海牙认证的师承证书、研究生文凭，可在所有海牙成员国及地区直接使用（中国政府已于2023年11月7日批准加入），无需再办理驻在国使领馆二次认证，大幅简化跨境文书核验流程；

1. Ensure the international validity of certificates: The teacher-inheritance certificates and graduate diplomas authenticated by Apostille can be directly used in all Hague Convention member states and regions (the Chinese government approved accession on November 7, 2023), without the need for secondary authentication by the embassy or consulate of the host country, which greatly simplifies the cross-border document verification process;

2. 支撑跨境发展需求：在跨境传统医学交流、国际执业资质申请、海外深造求学等场景中，海牙认证是证明证书真实性、合法性的关键依据，可有效提升证书国际公信力；

2. Support cross-border development needs: In scenarios such as cross-border traditional medicine exchanges, international practice qualification applications, and overseas further study, Apostille is a key basis for proving the authenticity and legality of certificates, which can effectively enhance the international credibility of the certificates;

3. 顺应行业发展趋势：随着传统医学普及国内化、国际化进程加快，海牙认证已成为相关工作就业、从业资格认定、学术交流的必备条件，是传承弟子拓展国内认可度和国际发展空间的重要保障。

3. Conform to the industry development trend: With the acceleration of the domestic and international popularization of traditional medicine, Apostille has become an essential condition for relevant employment, professional qualification recognition, and academic exchanges, and is an important guarantee for inheriting disciples to expand domestic recognition and international development space.

五、其他事项

V. Other Matters

1. 查询时需确保填写的姓名、证件号码与研究生院备案信息一致，信息不一致将导致查询失败；

1. When making an inquiry, ensure that the name and document number filled in are consistent with the information filed with the Graduate School; inconsistency will result in inquiry failure;

2. 动态验证码具有时效性，需在规定时间内完成输入，超时需重新获取；

2. The dynamic verification code is time-sensitive and must be entered within the specified time; if it expires, it needs to be re-obtained;

3. 费用缴纳需通过平台指定官方渠道办理，切勿轻信非官方信息，避免造成财产损失；

3. Fee payment must be made through the official channels designated by the platform; do not trust non-official information to avoid property losses;

4. 本通知涉及的费用标准为固定标准，不另行收取其他附加费用。

4. The fee standards involved in this notice are fixed, and no additional fees will be charged.

本通知自发布之日起施行，未尽事宜由传统医学联合研究生院传统医学传承与教育中心负责解释。

This notice shall come into force on the date of issuance. Matters not covered herein shall be explained by the Traditional Medicine Inheritance and Education Center of the Joint Graduate School of Traditional Medicine.
